My consultancy focuses on helping teams think clearly about children, learning, and development — particularly in situations where research evidence, values, and real-world constraints need to be held together. I support organisations in clarifying aims, designing developmentally informed approaches, and evaluating impact in ways that are rigorous, context-sensitive, and aligned with their mission.
A central part of my work involves translating complex developmental research into forms that can meaningfully inform decision-making. This often includes working closely with multidisciplinary teams — researchers, designers, educators, and senior leaders — across the lifecycle of a project, from early conceptualisation through design, implementation, and evaluation.
